Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 1 working day to process your order. Expect an email within 1 working day to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE DELIVERY
Orders within NZ are generally delivered within 1-3 working days using a courier company of our choice. 

Urban orders under 1kg in weight: A flat rate delivery fee of $5 applies. 

Urban orders 1kg & over in weight: A flat rate delivery fee of $8 applies.

Both flat fees are for urban delivery in NZ. Rural addresses not included. 

Rural flat rate of $10 applies.

During checkout, make sure "Ship" is selected under the Delivery section, then enter your address and choose the shipping method option correct for your location (urban or rural). Enter your payment details and once proceeded, and your order is packed and ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking
information.

Orders placed before 12pm during store hours (8.30am til 4.30pm, week days only) will be processed the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.

Flat rate deliveries are for all coffee, accessories, and consumables. Equipment delivery is calculated on a case by case basis. 

STORE PICKUP @ 699 River Road, Fairfield, Hamilton 3210, NZ
Orders can be picked up daily (week days only), from 10am at our store address. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. There is no freight charge for this. 

EQUIPMENT (COFFEE MACHINES & GRINDERS)
Equipment orders will either be delivered or shipped with a specialist carrier - prices for this will be on an individual basis due the heavy, bulky and fragile nature of these products. 

Equipment from our Home line will be shipped free of charge. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not ship outside of New Zealand at this time.
